Do you work on Belvedere Island? +
Yes. Belvedere is one of our regular service areas. The waterfront lots have unique constraints — bulkhead and seawall maintenance, FEMA flood-zone considerations, view ordinances, and limited access for materials. We've worked the Cove side, the Bay side, and the higher elevations.
How do you handle the Tiburon design review process? +
Tiburon and Belvedere both have rigorous design review for exterior changes. We coordinate with your architect on the submittal package, attend the planning meetings, and respond to commission feedback so the project stays on schedule.
Can you work on waterfront homes with bulkhead access issues? +
Yes. Waterfront work in Tiburon means coordinating barge or hand-haul material delivery for some homes, working around tides for any pier/dock-adjacent work, and BCDC approvals where applicable. We've done it before — we'd rather plan for it than improvise on day one.
